In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

To register and use a 588min account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• You are registering only one account in your own name. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• All registration information you provide — including your full name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details — is accurate, complete, and truthful.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a 588min employee where such relationship would create a conflict of interest in relation to gaming activities.
• You have not previously had a 588min account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• You understand that online gaming involves real financial risk and you accept that responsibility.

During the registration process, 588min will collect your full name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan (including city — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, or other), mobile number, and your preferred PKR payment method. This information is used for account verification, KYC compliance, and to process your deposits and withdrawals.

588min reserves the right to request additional identity documentation at any stage, including government-issued national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, or payment method ownership evidence. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by 588min support may result in temporary account restriction.

Your 588min account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.

Password and Security: You must keep your 588min login credentials strictly confidential. 588min will never request your password through any channel including live chat, email, SMS, or social media. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and contact 588min support without delay.

Account Information Updates: You are responsible for ensuring that your account details remain current and accurate at all times. If your residential address, mobile number, or preferred payment method changes, you must update your account information promptly. 588min accepts no liability for failed withdrawals or communications resulting from outdated account details.

Account Inactivity: An account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 588min reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of Rs 500 per month after the initial 12-month inactive period, deducted from any real-money balance remaining in the account. You will be notified by email prior to any deduction. Accounts with a zero balance will be archived after the inactivity period.

All financial transactions on 588min are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 588min supports the following native PKR payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. No foreign currency conversion is applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There are no deposit fees charged by 588min on any supported payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your 588min account within 10 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank are credited within 30 minutes during standard banking hours. 588min accepts only deposits made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. 588min targets the following processing times:

Processing times are targets and not guarantees. Delays may occur during periods of high transaction volume, scheduled maintenance, or where additional verification is required by 588min's compliance team. 588min reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal above Rs 50,000.

Chargebacks and Reversals: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or mobile wallet provider while funds remain in your 588min account, or in relation to previously settled gaming transactions, constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions. 588min reserves the right to suspend your account immediately upon receiving notification of a chargeback and to recover any funds already disbursed as a result of the disputed transaction.

588min offers various promotional bonuses to eligible users from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins on slots, cricket betting free bets, jackpot bingo tickets, and high-roller reload bonuses. All promotions are subject to the following general bonus terms in addition to any specific terms published with each individual offer.

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, and per IP address. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud and will result in account termination.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your 588min account. Real-money funds are wagered before bonus funds unless otherwise specified in a particular offer.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period stated in the individual promotion. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Not all game categories contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion.
• 588min reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already claimed and in the process of being wagered.
• Where 588min determines in its reasonable judgment that a User has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk — 588min reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.

The following general betting rules apply to all sports betting, live betting, and cricket betting markets on the 588min platform. Game-specific rules for live casino, slots, jackpot bingo, and high-roller products are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface.

• A bet is only confirmed when 588min's system issues a bet confirmation reference number. Verbal confirmations via live chat do not constitute confirmed bets.
• Bets placed on cricket markets — including PSL, international Test, ODI, and T20I matches — are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant cricket governing body. In the event of a match abandonment, 588min's specific cricket abandonment rules apply as published in the cricket section.
• 588min reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time without notice, including during in-play events, where price integrity cannot be guaranteed or where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• In the event of a technical fault during a live bet that affects the ability to settle the bet correctly, 588min reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the staked amount to the User's account.
• Maximum stake limits and maximum payout limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the individual betting interface and may differ by product — cricket betting, live casino, slots, and jackpot bingo each carry their own stake and payout parameters.
• Where a pricing error has occurred and a bet has been accepted at clearly incorrect odds — whether due to a system error, human error, or data feed issue — 588min reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake, or to re-settle the bet at the correct odds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 588min platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. Upon detection of any prohibited conduct, 588min may immediately suspend or permanently terminate the relevant account, void all associated bets and bonuses, and withhold any balance pending investigation.

• Registering more than one account on 588min, whether under your own name or using alternative identity information.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any activity that 588min reasonably suspects is connected to proceeds of crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage or to generate artificial winnings.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform without 588min's express written consent.
• Colluding with other users in live casino games or poker-style products to gain an unfair advantage over 588min or other players.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access or operate your 588min account.

588min is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistani users of the platform. The responsible gaming tools described below are available to all account holders directly through the account dashboard and can be activated without contacting support.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session reminders or hard cut-offs after a set duration of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications showing time elapsed and net session activity during live play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the 588min platform. Exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. Self-exclusions cannot be reversed during the active exclusion window.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 588min platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 588min content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any 588min software or game application.
• Use 588min's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context or in a manner likely to cause confusion.

Any unauthorised use of 588min's intellectual property may give rise to legal claims. If you believe any content on the 588min platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact the support team with full details of the alleged infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 588min shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues outside 588min's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, game results, or market data arising from data feed errors from third-party suppliers, where 588min has acted promptly to correct the error upon discovery.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit 588min's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by 588min's negligence. Your statutory consumer rights, to the extent applicable under the laws of Pakistan, are not affected by these Terms and Conditions.

Termination by You: You may close your 588min account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Any bonus balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Termination by 588min: 588min reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Any breach of these Terms and Conditions, including prohibited conduct as set out in Section 7.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity in connection with your account.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 588min's compliance team.
• Discovery that you are a Prohibited User as defined in Section 1 of these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination for breach, 588min reserves the right to void all open bets, forfeit all bonus balances, and withhold real-money funds pending the outcome of any investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, real-money funds net of any legitimate liability will be returned to you.

588min reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a user — 588min will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by email to your registered address and by an on-platform notification visible upon your next login.

For minor amendments such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of any clause, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law, 588min may update these Terms and Conditions without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the 588min platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account before the amendment takes effect.
